Gemini Housing Co-operative Ltd

Founded in 1996, Gemini Housing Co-operative Ltd is a fully mutual housing co-operative based in the Pin Green area of Stevenage. Established with the aim of providing affordable, high-quality social housing for local people, the co-operative has grown into a welcoming and supportive community where residents play an active role in the management and future of their homes.

The co-operative owns and manages 20 properties, comprising 10 one-bedroom homes and 10 two-bedroom homes. Situated within the green and leafy woodland surroundings of Pin Green, Gemini offers residents a peaceful and attractive living environment while remaining conveniently connected to local amenities. Schools, shops, healthcare services, and public transport links are all close by, with Stevenage town centre just a short bus journey away.

As a fully mutual co-operative, every resident is a member and has a voice in how the organisation is run. This resident-led approach helps foster a warm, friendly, and inclusive atmosphere, creating a strong sense of community and shared responsibility.
